We are a successful, multiple award winning Mortgage Choice franchisee located in Kellyville and are enjoying solid growth. We are seeking an additional Loan Administration Assistant to join our team, as a part time employee.
This is a busy work environment so we are looking for the best in business and Loan Processing experience is preferred.
In this role you will be assisting with loan processing, client and lender liaison, marketing, database administration, and general support for the team.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:
• Positive attitude
• Strong customer service both verbal and written
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and work to tight time frames
• High level computer skills
More specifically you will also be responsible for; assisting our loan consultant with their loan applications from submission through to post settlement follow up.
