Claims Manager

RISE Ventures is an established provider of Community Development Programmes (CDP) across Australia. Our strengths include the delivery of innovative and tailored services, building infrastructure, work-like activities, resourcing and training solutions and Indigenous employment.

 

RISE Ventures currently delivers CDP on behalf of NIAA in various communities in Queensland, Northern Territor and Western Australia- and we are looking for passionate, proactive, action oriented individuals.. CDP is an remote employment services program designed to assist eligible job seekers in meeting their Centrelink mutual obligations, building employability skills through participation in a range of interesting work like activities including Work For the Dole and achieve employment goals.

As our new Claims manager you will be supporting our customers, employers and staff with evidenced based strategies and claiming activities which directly impact the lives of hundreds of people a year.

The Role:

  • Managing, directing &  co-ordinating all aspects of the Claiming strategy initiatives of the Community Development program, to achieve high star ratings, revenue, profit and targets, while ensuring compliance of all contracts.
  • Lead, develop, support and motivate a team to deliver business outcomes.
  • Development and implementation of  strategies, processes and procedures 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated very high level of experience in the management of claims in Employment Ser'vices
  • Relationship management skills with training, mentoring and coaching, both in a one to one setting and group facilitation
  • Knowledge of CDP or Employment Services contracts in relation to claims
  • Excellent business acumen
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and staff management skills
  • Experience in delivering customer focused services
