Equal Access Funding Pty Ltd (EAF) is a specialist credit company that works exclusively with ‘channel partner’ law firms to fund the out-of-pocket expenses (disbursements) incurred in pursuing the clients’ legal claims.

Location: Melbourne city.

We are seeking a person for four days a week (including Wednesday), for approximately 6 hours a day. We are prepared to review this for the right candidate.

This Accounts Administrator role is diverse and flexible as befits a small dynamic company.

Responsibilities include:

Accurate and timely daily bank reconciliation

Accurate and timely processing of account receivable transactions

Accurate and timely processing of account payable transactions and new account applications

Preparation of the end of day reporting and banking

Responding to questions from the channel partners.

Note that there is no direct contact with the end-clients.

End of month and ad hoc reporting

The Candidate.

We require a self-starter who has had exposure to book-keeping / administration work incorporating Excel and the general Microsoft Office suite of applications.

A background in either book-keeping, legal services or financial institution administration will be advantageous

The candidate must be; reliable well organised and an efficient communicator demonstrating a professional image and a positive attitude.

You will require; focus, a strong work ethic with good attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.

You will need to satisfy a police check to meet the positions’ requirements.

Offer

For the right person, we will pay $31.50 per hour plus superannuation.
