We currently have a great opportunity for a switched on administrator who is looking to join this growing company. The ideal candidate will have extensive administration experience.
This organisation is looking for a bubbly, engaging team member who loves working hard but enjoys a laugh. This role will allow you to develop strong client relationships and join a team with a great bond.
In this role you will be required to:
- Oversee all administration requirements for clients, assisting with all enquiries
- Manage a range of administration functions
- Manage your own diary and emails
- Liaise with numerous service providers
- Update and maintain the company database
- Be a true office all-rounder- being able to multi task and complete a number of administration task
- General office duties- including making tea and coffee
- Answering company telephones
- And other ad-hoc duties as directed by senior management
