  • Experience diagnosing technical support incidents
  • Providing guidance on product functionality
  • Assisting with configuration changes and escalating as required.
  • ITIL training (Desirable)
  • Prior experience using INX products will be highly regarded
  • 3-5 years industry experience either as a Level 2 support analyst with a software vendor or as a user of INX products
