IT Senior Support Analyst - 6 Month Contract

We are seeking a senior IT Support Engineer with strong experience within Windows Environment support and administration.

Key skills required:

  • Active Directory
    • Understanding the application of Group Policy is essential
  • Basic administration of Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM)
  • PowerShell
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills across hardware and software
  • SCCM knowledge would be advantageous

About the Client

This role is for one of our Government clients based in South of Sydney. This client has a very close knit culture and do what they can to support and progress their existing team before hiring new talent. This role is ideal for someone who has an easy going attitude combined with a strong work ethic.

About the Role

You'll be based within the existing IT Support team which provides desktop services inclusive of application development and deployment, active directory administration, hardware support etc. Majority of the support will be remote.

The hours of the role will be 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday. Pending internal approval, this role also has potential to go permanent.
