Emergency Call Centre

Seeking casual Call Centre Agents for a busy 24/7 Emergency Call Centre in Sydney’s leafy eastern suburbs to work on afternoon and overnight shifts.

The role will see you be responsible for receiving inbound emergency calls from all over Australia and connecting callers to the Police, Fire or Ambulance. This role sees you making a difference and helping save peoples’ lives. This is a rewarding role.

You will work in a new office with a great team of friendly people. Parking is available onsite along with a bus stop just outside! Have lunch in the sun on the balcony or chill out on beanbags on your breaks.

Extensive training and ongoing support provided. Three weeks paid training must start on 24 February 2020.

As part of the recruitment process, you must pass a pre-employment hearing test. An assessment centre will be held on Monday 3 February 2020.

Due to the nature of this casual role, you must be flexible and able to work a rotating roster as the call centre is 24/7. You will need to be available on weekends and public holidays.

This is a great opportunity to join a leading organisation.

About you:
