About the role

 

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our Hobart Office. This rewarding role is a Permanent part time position offering 30hrs per week.

 

Role Responsibilities

 

The successful candidate will be assisting the State Manager and Operations team with various administration tasking including but not limited to:

  • Reporting KPIs and Compiling reports for the State Manager and Department Heads
  • Desk auditing for compliance
  • Customer relations
  • Recruitment processing and scheduling
  • Learning Management System/Training compliance

 

Requirements / Skills

 

To be successful in this role, the candidate with the following attributes, experience and qualities will be looked on favourably:
 

  • Must have at least 12 months' experience in an office administration position
  • Have excellent phone manner, clear written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Must have previous experience compiling reports
  • Previous experience assisting with recruitment/HR administration highly desirable
  • Excellent organisational skills and able to adhere to deadlines
  • Competent in the Microsoft Office suite
