We are looking for a Credit Assessor, preferably with Mortgage Manager lending experience.

We are looking for candidates who can work within a challenging, fast paced, dynamic and friendly environment. To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to work efficiently and effectively ensuring strict attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.                                                                                                                                        Responsibilities include:

  • Assessment and processing of Home loan applications, including servicing and procurement of required documents and interpretation of credit guidelines.
  • Assessment and processing of Commercial loan applications, including servicing and procurement of required documents and interpretation of credit guidelines.
  • Ordering and checking of valuations.
  • Efficient monitoring and follow up of tasks to ensure Mortgage Ezy SLA’s are met
  • Feedback to business partners on the progress of applications
  • Preparation and sign off of lending files within DLA approvals
  • Any other duties requested by the Manager.

 

Key Selection Criteria:

  • DLA Holder – Preferably with Adelaide Bank
  • Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, Delegated Lenders Authority (DLA), preferred but not necessary
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
  • Preferably 1-4 yrs experience in a similar role
  • Detailed understanding of the relevant State & Federal legislation, including the Privacy Act, anti-money laundering
  • A team player who understands the impact your work has across multiple stakeholders within the business and outside of it
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Ability to hold a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work as a team player.
  • Love a challenge & fast pace environment.
