Job Vacancy

An exciting opportunity exists for an IT Support Engineer to join the Wilmar Sugar Group IT service delivery team. Reporting directly to the Infrastructure Services Manager (Workplace & Collaboration) -located in Sydney and liaising with the wider IT support team, who are all hugely customer relationship focused. The role is primarily providing L2 support to all staff. The Candidate should demonstrate a high level of problem-solving skills and Customer focus with an "I-can-do" attitude.

It is essential that you are fully competent in the following:

  • Windows 10 Support and Troubleshooting
  • MS Office 2013/2016
  • Support and Administration of Active Directory
  • Office 365 applications and OneDrive
  • Remote administration tools and support
  • Experience in SCCM system and imaging process (PXE boot)
  • Knowledge of supporting Cisco-VOIP phones-call manager and phones
  • Extensive experience in supporting Apple devices including
  • managing IPad/iPhone via airwatch
  • create and deploy mdm solutions and device policies
  • managing Apple business portal and devices
  • knowledge on fixing HW/ replacing broken screens is preferable
  • Installing and Configuring new hardware (laptop, desktop) and software
  • High-level knowledge of networking solutions such as routers, switches, access points and mobile wireless device
  • Experience in supporting Cisco, Meraki infrastructure
  • Experience with ITSM platforms, using Jira service desk
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Willingness to learn. Ongoing personal development is essential

The Successful Applicant

  • Tertiary education Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related discipline.
  • ITIL V3.foundation certificate.
  • Apple Certified Technician (ACMT) or similar training
  • CCNA, MCSE will be an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a minimum of 4 years at level 2 support role.
  • An outstanding communicator (both verbal and written)
