Our Federal Government client is seeking an APS4 Helpdesk Officer to work on the credit card helpdesk and assist the travel helpdesk as required.

About the role:
  • Ordering, cancelling and collating credit cards
  • Assisting with credit card acquittals 
  • Respond to enquiries via email and phone 
Ideally, you will have:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience using Finance One and/or Expense8 is ideal
  • Current Baseline security clearance or the ability to obtain
