We are looking for motivated and energetic FOH Crew Members to become a part of the team at Crafty Swan!

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Mixing alcoholic beverages and pouring beers
  • Coffee Making
  • Cash Handling
  • Order taking
  • Stock replenishment including rotation
  • General cleaning and maintenance of the Bar and its equipment
  • Compliance with all relevant legislative requirements and company policies

As a true team player who delivers exceptional customer service, you will have:

  • Current RSA Certificate (Approved Managers beneficial, but not a must)
  • Previous experience working in a Bar (ideal)
  • "Can-do attitude"
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction
