About the role:


Reporting to the Recovery Team Leader you will perform recovery tasks to support successful recovery outcomes, including first contact with ‘at fault’ parties to establish insurance status and contact details, manage and action correspondence, process payments and receipts, and other duties.



Responsibilities:

  • Make first contact with potential ‘at fault’ third parties to establish insurance status and contact details
  • Receive and action phone calls and emails, and escalate any that are outside of your skills, knowledge or delegation as required
  • Fulfil payments and receipting tasks required to progress recovery activity
  • Manage invoices and payments associated with the recovery team functions

What you need:



At RAA we hire on cultural fit first and technical fit second! However, to be successful in the role you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in administrative or service role within the Insurance industry would be highly regarded
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with high accuracy
  • High levels of organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate resilience when engaged in challenging conversations
  • The ability to work as contributing member of a team
  • Completion of studies in Office Administration and equivalent experience would be desirable
