Information Technology Support Traineeship- Truganina

AGA is seeking an individual to undertake a Information Technology Support Traineeship with Australia’s leading supplier of agriculture, construction and power equipment, based in Truganina. The successful candidate will work full time for 12 months whilst completing a ‘Certificate III in Information Digital Media & Technology’.  
  
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to internal & external customer requests
  • Provide service desk support & recommendations
  • Purchase & maintain IT equipment
  • Hardware installs & relocation's
  • Hardware support- Laptops, desktops, printers, scanners & phones
  • Asset management
Role Selection Criteria:
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Great verbal & written communication skills
  • Basic IT technical / hardware knowledge
  • Good attention to detail
Requirements:
  • Drivers licence (preferred)
  • Willing to undertake a Police Check and/or Working With Children Check
  • Genuine interest in information technology
AGA Trainees will:
  • Attend accredited RTO/TAFE training
  • Receive ongoing mentoring & support
  • Receive a weekly wage including entitlements
