We are currently seeking dedicated Customer service professionals for our client in Penrith, only a short stroll away from Penrith Station. A great team vibe with great multiskilling opportunities and team morale!

About the Role
This purpose of this role is to deliver high quality customer service and to support different corporate units by providing initial advice and direction in relation to online programs. In addition, the role assists in the recording and maintenance of the customer enquiries data base as part of the customer relationship management system. No experience required in relation to the different areas of specialty. Multiskilling will be provided as succesful candidates develop within the organisation.

To be successful in this role, you will come with the following:

  • You will have strong syntax and communication both written and formal. You will have emotional intelligence and social awareness to work cohesively within a fun and motivated team.
  • Portray professional behaviour at all times and be self motivated
  • Ability to work on a rotating roster, Monday to Friday between 7:30am to 6:00pm
  • Successful candidates must Pass a Police check and Working with children check (purchased from service nsw)
