Front Office Attendant (Holiday Park)

RAC Busselton Holiday Park:

Busselton is located approximately 222 km's south of Perth, situated on the beautiful South West Coast. 

We are currently recruiting a casual Front Office Attendant to fill an immediate position with our team at RAC Busselton Holiday Park.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Welcoming & assisting guests in a friendly & professional manner.
  • Communicating with guests & staff via phone, email & in person.
  • Taking & amending bookings via our Newbook reservation system.
  • Assisting the Front Office Supervisor & Park Management when necessary.

You will possess the following:

  • Previous experience within the hospitality industry in a similar position.
  • Experience using a Park Management System (Newbook and/or RMS preferred)
  • Highly competent with the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Have sensational communication and organisational skills. 
  • A genuine interest in meeting the needs of our guests.
  • Able to work shifts over 7 days rotating roster.
  • A hardworking, energetic, enthusiastic approach.
  • Takes pride in your work & appearance
