Administration Officer (Casual)

St Vincent's Care Services (SVCS) has a great opportunity for a casual Administration Officer to provide relief cover for leave purposes. This is a varied, rewarding position and would suit someone who is customer service focused and can work across multiple systems. You will be rewarded each day by the positive impact that you make on our residents, their families and visitors.

As a successful candidate, you will demonstrate:

  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and the ability to work across a variety of systems as required (rostering/HRIS);
  • Strong organisation skills;
  • Positive, "can do" attitude with customer service focus;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • A mature and a confident personality;
  • A National Criminal History Check and ability to obtain one prior to commencement;
