About the Opportunity:

This is a Full-Time, Fixed-Term position, based at Reflections’ Newcastle (Carrington) office. Reporting to the Executive, you will be responsible for providing support for both employee and contracted parks and will contribute to the development and delivery of the Operational Plan.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual wanting to launch their career in Operations. This role is a fundamental part of our Operations team that provides support to create high levels of efficiency within our business operations. 

You will be a recent graduate, possess a willingness to learn, a passion for Operations and general business with the determination to progress your career. We encourage continued education and will provide regular ongoing specialised training and development.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide day-to-day support for the Operations team
  • Be a positive first point of contact for internal Operations enquiries
  • Provide support across a range of Operations functions and projects as required
  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist Safety Team with the coordination of Safety Program Delivery
  • Perform computer-based tasks including maintaining databases, preparing and sending written communication to a range of stakeholders
  • Assist in the internal data collection for the purpose of Park Tender briefs
  • Provide coordination of Holiday Park business plan builds & Holiday Park Operations Manual builds
  • Work with the Contracts Manager to ensure ongoing upkeep of all park agreements, leases and licences

To be successful in this role you will have the following requirements:

  • Hold a Tertiary qualification in Business or related discipline
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and achieve deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Effective communication and written skills

This role provides the opportunity to travel across our locations in NSW to expand your understanding of the business and improve the support provided at an operations level. Owing to this, a Driver Licence is desirable.
