We are excited to be working with one of the world’s largest and fastest growing on-demand service businesses in the wellness space. This US based business, now operating in over 60 cities across the globe, has firmly established themselves as a premium level supplier of wellness programs servicing the B2B and B2C channels. As the business continues its expansion into the Australian market, they are seeking a Head of Sales B2B to lead the channel and customer strategy implementation. This is a role with extensive opportunity as the business is still in its infancy in our market but has experienced phenomenal growth and customer loyalty in similar market dynamics and target consumer groups.

About the role

This is a highly autonomous role with widespread opportunity. Taking on a green fields opportunity, you will bring this unique story to the B2B environment with strong support, evidence and advocate testimonials to establish local market following and loyalty. Leveraging a strong foothold in the residential and in-home space, this role will map out the opportunity in the top tier corporate sector, presenting the value proposition of the service and cultivating relationships with a variety of senior level stakeholders within the country’s most well known businesses and employers of choice.

This role will be accountable for driving growth by creating and executing sophisticated customer attraction and channel development strategy that is converted to commercial outcomes. Establishing a proactive, measurable plan that optimises brand awareness and customer conversion, you will achieve company revenue and customer acquisition targets. You will draw upon international insights and market data whilst using your own market research capability to develop market specific activity tailored to local consumer and enterprise groups.

Skills and experience


To successfully secure this role it is essential that you have a senior level background in corporate B2B sales and channel development. You have extensive networks and knowledge across the top Australian businesses with demonstrated success in building formidable and commercial customer relationships. Experience in the tech space will be highly advantageous.
