Eldridge Services Australia specialize in remote mobile mechanical works in the NT.  We would like to invite experienced & enthusiastic admin assistants to apply to join our team.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a motivated and passionate team devoted to service for the government and private clients including remote outstations and local indigenous communities and foundations.

We would like to hear from candidates that have exceptional ethical standards.  The ideal candidate would need to be able to:

  • Reception and general administration
  • Coordinate and process documentation for sales, jobs, meetings, WHS, etc
  • Implement, maintain and manage administration processes
  • Process accounts payable and receivables through Xero, Myob
  • Coordinate, organise and update job scheduling in systems, ServiceM8
  • Assist with marketing processes
  • Implement, follow up and manage marketing campaigns
  • Human resources administration
  • Apply company policies and procedures
  • Procurement for office and jobs where required
  • Assist sales representative and operations teams


Qualifications & Licenses

  • Driver License
  • Experience on ServiceM8, Xero, MYOB and Microsoft Office Suite of programs



  • Substantial administration experience – 5+ years
  • Experience in quoting and invoicing
  • Strong computer skill and experience
  • Ability to use initiative
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Friendly, organised and high standard of work ethics



  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to do critical thinking and applying initiative in problem solving
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers
  • Excellent with time management
  • Attention to detail to ensure high standard completion of work
