Customer Care Officer
Stirling Andersen are working alongside a distinctly unique service provider who want to add a skilled customer care officer to their high performing team.

The Client:
Having been around since 2005 this client specialize in offering an affordable solution for retirees looking to maintain their independent lifestyle without needing to downsize.

The Role:
Handling enquiries directly from the customers you will be helping this fulfilling role will essentially be the voice of the business. This is a strictly inbound role and won't require outbound calls, but you will need a high level of compassion and empathy in order to assist and educate the customers.

The duties in this role will include but aren't limited to:
- Answering calls and emails with a view to assisting new and existing customers
- Provide feedback to management in relation to day to day enquiries
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance
- educating customers around the functionality and benefits of the products
- Any other ad hoc duties as requested

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who really believes in putting the customers needs first. 

Experiences and qualifications:
- Strong experience in phone based customer service roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Can articulate difficult to understand concepts in an easy manner
- Experience in working in highly compliant environments with significant reliance on time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Previous experience within Insurance is favourable
