LINX Cargo Care, a part of Brookfield's global group of companies, has an extensive network of ports, stevedoring, road and warehouse logistics operations conducting business at over 60 sites across Australia and New Zealand. Our diverse range of service offerings includes, automotive, bulk handling, project cargo, oil and gas, general stevedoring, port management, warehousing, agriculture and forestry.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Darwin Stevedoring Manager, the Administrator Officer will be part of the Darwin Accounts Team who will predominantly provide administrative support to the Depot Operations across two sites.

Key tasks will cover customer invoicing through JMT system, ensuring LINX P2P processes are followed for all purchasing including all machinery repairs for the site (Oracle and Maximo) and assist with managing and tracking all site vehicle/equipment registrations and maintenance including payments through Accounts Payable.

This role will also support Darwin’s Stevedoring and Rail Operations with customer invoicing and purchasing. It is a great opportunity to gain experience across a diverse site which covers operations across logistics, terminal, rail and stevedoring to suit the needs of our local client base and Territory needs.

About you

To be successful in this role you will possess well developed skills in Microsoft Office programs; have experience in an administrative support role and exposure to fleet management programs.

You will have the ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks to optimise outcomes for the business. Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are essential. Additionally, experience in the transport industry and exposure to a fleet maintenance management system would be highly regarded.
