Customer Service Officer

Daily duties:

  • Provide extensive customer service to customers in relation to customer prize claims and related customer support activities such as enquiries over the counter
  • Strong element of cash handling on a regular basis
  • Support promotional prize fulfillment
  • Provide administration support as required, including cheque administration, customer correspondence and lost/damaged ticket searches
  • Ensuring all procedures meet regulatory compliance obligations
  • Strong system usage in relation to processing

Required experience:

  • Proven customer service experience in a similar industry or preferably the financial services industry
  • Ability to handle cash with demonstrated experience
  • Intermediate spread sheeting, word processing, email, scheduling and general computer literacy.
  • Strong ability to working in a team environment and take ownership for work outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with extensive attention to detail
