Retail Marketing Coordinator

The Opportunity

We have a rare opportunity for a motivated Retail Marketing Coordinator to join our National multi-channel Retail business based in Adelaide.  To thrive in this role, you will need to be creative, know the retail landscape, be invested in the growth of our brands and be a solid communicator. The Company

Key responsibilities include:

  • Continually build your knowledge on our customer, brands, merchandise and position in the market
  • Support tactical sales and transaction growth through effective marketing campaigns and seek to continually improve these to build the strength of our brands 
  • Supporting the continual improvement of all marketing touch points so that our customers receive an excellent experience and become fans of our brands in our bricks and mortar stores
  • Assist and support the marketing plans for new stores in collaboration with the marketing team as we continue the expansion of our store network
  • Managing the entry and exit marketing strategies for new lines and products presented by our Buying Team
  • Support the marketing calendar each year, ensuring key activities are delivered on-time
  • Liaise with the Field-based and Buying Teams to provide Marketing support as needed and build strong relationships
  • Build relationships with Centre Management and ensure our campaigns are supported
  • Seek and build positive public relations for our brands to build their market position, improve outcomes and leverage opportunities

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years-experience in Marketing
  • Solid experience in using digital resources and databases
  • Demonstrable experience in previous marketing campaigns
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of programs
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing will be highly regarded
