The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Part-time Customer Attendant Qualified to be a part of our Customer Service Delivery team within NSW TrainLink. The Customer Attendant Qualified ensures that the location is maintained to applicable quality and safety standards, and provides a high level of customer service to customers.

As a CSA Qualified, you will be responsible for undertaking a broad range of station functions including train operations, customer service and station/trains presentation. The role requires sound knowledge of policies, procedures and guidelines and you will be expected to work with minimal supervision and guidance. This temporary part-time position is offering 30 hours per fortnight. 

We are looking for a Customer Service Attendant Qualified who has outstanding customer service skills, as well as strong problem solving skills and preferably good knowledge in trains. If you are self-motivated, have a strong work ethic and are driven to provide exceptional customer service, then we want to hear from you.
