Join a small family-owned business and ideally within 8 months manage your own portfolio as a full-time property manager.  This role will initially start as an assistant property manager role and as you gain experience your responsibilities will increase, as will your pay. Properties you will manage will mostly be in Pakenham, Officer, Berwick & Cranbourne and are all residential properties. A company car will be available during work hours so you must have an Australian driver's license.

Starting salary will be $21 per hour + super and on or before 6 months your pay should increase. Once you transition into a full property manager, your pay will increase significantly more based on your performance.

This role would ideally suit someone starting in the industry, or ideally someone who already has some industry experience. Normal duties such as completing condition reports, routine inspections, showing tenants through properties, chasing payments, etc. will be expected.

 

Must have:

A positive attitude, especially when dealing with unexpected problems

A caring, friendly desire to helping others

Excellent spelling & grammar

An Australian driver’s license (company car will be available during work hours)

Successfully completed the Agents Rep course

Experience would be an advantage but not essential
