We are a firm of Chartered Accountants situated on the northern end of the Gold Coast.

We have a permanent full time position available for an enthusiastic candidate to join our team in the role of Junior Office Assistant.

Your duties will include:

  • Answering phones and emails;
  • Greeting clients;
  • Filing and scanning;
  • Running office errands;
  • Making phone calls to insurance companies to verify client details;
  • Completion of forms;
  • General support to Partners, Accountants and clients

The successful applicant should possess:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • An excellent eye for detail is a must;
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn

The role includes car parking on site with excellent in-house IT support. Salary will be the award wage in the first instance.
