    About the role

    This is an exciting opportunity to start your engineering career within a growing regional community. No requirement for prior engineering experience. 

    Day-to-day, you will have:

    • Experience in working in a team environment and delivering a high quality customer service experience. 
    • The ability to work with limited supervision and meet deadlines.
    • An understanding of Australian Standards, Codes of Practice and design practices.  
    • An understanding of Occupational Health Safety and Risk Management principles (preferably in a civil engineering environment). 
    • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities and skills. 
    • A high level of computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn how to operate and apply computer applications.  Demonstrated experience in using “CAD” based software.

    We are looking for a graduate who is super keen to learn and can easily work in a team environment. There is no need for prior engineering work experience. We are after someone with a great personality who can contribute to our community.
