Carpentaria are looking to employ an experienced Executive Assistant ready to take on their next challenge, supporting the demanding schedule of a high energy Chief Executive Officer.
The successful candidate will plan and manage the Chief Executive Officer’s busy schedule, complete administration support, organise and manage travel. You will need to have the ability to prioritise tasks, exercise discretion and hold information in confidence. Your number one priority will be to conserve the Chief Executive Officer’s time by managing emails and internal correspondence and drafting communication. You will support and ensure effective communications between the Executive and Leadership Team. The successful candidate will also be required to establish a contemporary Executive records management system.
This is a busy support role and requires a candidate who is professional, positive, proactive and consistently one step ahead. The candidate will need to be well presented, with a high attention to detail and equally high standard of work. Most importantly you need to value yourself as a team player who expects their contribution will add value to Carpentaria.
