About this position
Responsibilities associated with the position will include the administration and smooth running of the school office, responsibility for and support of other Administration staff and volunteers, together with provision of support to the Principal and the school teaching staff.
This position is up to 38 hours per week across 5 days for 40 weeks per year at Northern Christian School.

Skills and experience
Be a committed and practising Christian who upholds the Association's Statement of Faith and philosophy, and is able to participate in all aspects of the Association.
Previous experience in a School Administration position is desirable.
Demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly with all staff across the organisation.
Have strong interpersonal skills.
Have strong organisational and documentation skills.
Have a proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Demonstrate initiative and innovation.
Be well organised and have a strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
Have excellent IT skills and the capacity and willingness to learn new software packages.
Be teachable and willing to work as part of a team.
Have the ability to work in a dynamic and sometimes stressful environment.
Provide First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain.
