How will I help?
Rock-solid relationships are at the heart of every Commercial banking decision we make. In this strategic role you’ll work closely with Senior Relationship Managers to make sure those connections are second to none.
You’ll generate high-quality deals and manage commercial banking portfolios – helping with everything from credit submissions and deal structuring to financial analysis. Your financial insights will be put to good use, spotting any potential risks involved with existing or new clients and their financial requests. And you’ll regularly review portfolios to make sure the best quality credit is maintained, while making sure the relationships we have with our clients are kept in just as good shape.

What do I need?
You’ll need to have some serious financial smarts, particularly when it comes to business banking. Ideally, you’ll come from an accounting background, so you can apply those skills to complex lending structures, as well as credit and risk analysis. You’ll also be a natural communicator as well as an insightful, strategic thinker.
