The opportunity

We have an opportunity for a Senior Customer Attendant to be a part of our Customer Service Delivery team within NSW TrainLink. This position plays a key role in leading and coordinating a broad range of station functions, including though not limited to, customer service, station operation coordination and planning, station presentation & Ticket sales.

This role also consists of shift work including nights, weekends and public holidays. You will provide coverage for other employees while they are on leave. Your shifts may change day to day, as required by the business. Your roster may include ‘SPARE’ days, where you are not assigned a specific shift and will be directed by our rostering team as the business needs.

About you
We are looking for a Senior Customer Attendant who has experience in a customer service environment with a customer centric ethos and has capacity to operate both independently, using initiative and self-direction, and as a team member to produce consistently high quality work.
