We are seeking a Claims support Officer for a Specialist Restoration Company based in Canningvale for a permanent, part time opportunity. This role will be required for 3 days per week initially on a temporary contract to commence immediately

This role will see you providing quality administrative support to our Claims Team including preparing claims documentation, administration support, database management and undertaking research.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Using your administration and coordination expertise to assist our Claims team in support of our members;
  • Help to undertake research, summarising and communicating findings and maintaining our databases;
  • Managing a case load of active insurance claims arising from flood, water, fire and chemical contamination
  • Processing invoices, monthly billings and MasterCard reconciliations.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Previous demonstrated experience in an administrative position in an insurance environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fast and accurate typing skills;
  • The ability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines and show attention to detail;
  • A high level of competence in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience in preparing and maintaining case files.
  • System training provided in our friendly, supportive working environment.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive and efficient with great technical skills and a real passion for providing exceptional support.
