Due to growth this new role will report to the Insurance Transformation Lead who is responsible for the delivery of all business initiatives and process improvements in the insurance operations area of the Fund, (in particular as it deals with the Operating Model and the voluntary Code of Practice readiness).
Working as a member of the Team, this role will require significant knowledge and skills in relation to all insurance and claims matters.   The role will assist the Transformation Lead in the identification, development and implementation of claims and insurance initiatives in the fund.

This role will be considered a technical expert and will be expected to provide their expertise and support to the Transformation Lead.  As such a background and a well developed understanding of insurance, claims and benefits is required. This will have been achieved through your experience at a Super Fund, Administrator or Life Insurer.
