Heart of the Role
Oneflare and its associated businesses are in the midst of a significant transition to a business-focused tech company.
Over the past few months, we have been making significant investments in our team in order to build the best technology we can. We are now looking to tell everyone how great our business solution is, and we are rapidly growing our sales team to do just that!
You will be responsible for calling new business through a range of lead sources to encourage site engagement through flexible, first-use payments. Your goals are set around promoting and developing new business in the professional and trade services industries through strategic, consultative means. We are all about actively understanding the needs of our clients, tailoring the best solutions for them and ensuring an amazing customer experience throughout the process.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitating outbound consultative sales through the development of strategies and techniques.
Calling new and disengaged leads to encourage first-use payments
Upholding consistent best practice to assist with the onboarding business user experience and minimization of churn.
Skills and Experience
Experience in a similar position or one in sales
Cold calling a major advantage
Excellent communication; both written and verbal
Knowledge and/or experience with digital marketing a plus
Must know your way around the internet

Uncapped commission on top of your salary.
