Call Centre Operator

A long-term client of ours is seeking multiple call centre operators to join thier team for an ongoing contract starting February 2020. Assisting with an on-going project, the ideal candidates will have experience working with people from all walks of life, comfortable performing on inbound & outbound calls as well as strong sales experience.

Essential criteria:
  • A strong background in Customer Service
  • Ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated inbound & outbound call centre experience
