Fernwood Liverpool is looking for female receptionists to join our team as a casual employee. Must be flexible and be able to work early mornings and evenings as well as weekends. Must be flexible and be able to work between the hours of 7am and 8pm Monday to Friday as well as weekends. Must be able to commit to up to 20 hours per week


Principle Activities:

1. Greeting members in a friendly and professional manner

2. Handling all member requests and enquires in an efficient and effective  manner

3. Ensure all financial transactions and communications are completed accurately and thoroughly

4. Support sales staff in conducting tours and with membership sales

5. Member retention calls to new and existing members


Position requirements:

1. Exceptional customer service skills

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

3. Ability to work and communicate with a wide range of people

4. Exceptional computer literacy - Including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

5. Excellent problem solving skills

6. Ability to work under pressure resolving issues promptly and effectively

7. Must have experience working in a busy environment 

8. Experience in sales preferable but not necessary  

9. Minimum Certificate III in Fitness desirable but not essential
