Operations Supervisor

The opportunity; As the Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring site operational efficiency through effective leadership and delegation of workloads to your team.

The Role

  • Supervise the day to day operation of the sensitive Freight Business
  • Be an effective leader - coaching best industry practice , and promoting safe workplace methods
  • Use of Microsoft applications, including word , excel and Outlook.

The Candidate

  • Sensitive Freight or Transport experience
  • Customer focused and ability to understand service expectations
  • Capability to think outside the box when required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to lead a team to continually grow the business
