We are seeking a and highly motivated professional to join our team in Cromer. The team supports adults with a range of disabilities to live in the community in a variety of housing options across the region.

 

The role is varied, rewarding and challenging, with responsibility for service provision. The successful candidate will be required to lead, support, supervise and mentor a team of disability support practitioners.

 

Our accommodation services are person-centred and support residents to fully participate in the running of their home and to have choice and control in their living options. Your core values will reflect this philosophy.

About you

We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual who is committed to providing the best outcomes for our clients. You enjoy leading a team, are self motivated, reliable and possess the flexibility to work around the needs of our clients and staff. 

Experience managing and leading a team as well as recruiting and onboarding new staff

Previous experience managing service delivery with disability services or human services

Sound communication skills and experience liaising with key stakeholders including families and multi disciplinary teams

Top-notch problem solving skills

Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and cost effective rostering practices

Well developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills

Unrestricted NSW Driver's License

Current WWCC or willingness to obtain prior to commencement in the role
