The Role

Hassell is looking for a Finance Assistant to join our team in a permanent role based in Melbourne but supporting our global studios.

You will be responsible for accurate and timely entry of vendor invoices into the accounts payable ledger of the finance system, whilst providing support to the Group Finance team.

About you

You will have a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar accounts payable role with a medium to large sized organisation, intermediate understanding of the accounts payable module in a medium/large ERP system, strong numerical skills and a fundamental understanding in the use and application of Excel.

Required Skills and Experience

You will need to demonstrate:

_Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing or Finance

_Strong communication skills both written and verbal

_Strong management and organisational skills

_Ability to take initiative and be proactive

_Being flexible and adapt to a fast paced environment

_Skills in Adobe Indesign and Microsoft suites particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
