We're Recruiting:
Contract Management Officer

At Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Australia we pride ourselves on our reputation for service excellence and our care in providing flexible, innovative and tailor-made finance and insurance solutions.
 
We have an exciting new opportunity for a pro-active and efficient professional to join our Contracts Administration team on a 2 day a week part time basis (Thursdays & Fridays) for 2 years. Reporting directly to the Contracts Management Manager, this role delivers exceptional service and support to our dealerships.
 
About the team:
The Contracts Management Team is fast-paced and fundamental spine of our business operations. Working within this team builds great experience in our settlements process, while also providing exposure to work with key business stakeholders.
 
About the role:
• Authorising, activation and maintenance of contracts
• Meeting team KPIs on timely completion of settlements
• Timely follow-up of irregular documentation
• Liaising with internal and external customers to negotiate the resolution of settlement/compliance issues
• General administrative tasks

What we’re looking for:
• Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities
• Proven ability to remain calm in challenging situations; effectively managing conflict and influencing or negotiating when required
• A curious and pro-active process improvement thinker, who enjoys working with others to implement business improvements
• A confident knack for building strong team and stakeholder relationships
• Great attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and data

A relevant tertiary qualification and experience within the banking, finance or insurance industry in roles involving compliance or preparation of settlements processes and documents is preferred but not essential.
