ACBC is one of Australia's leading private providers of Vocational Education and Training. We are seeking to appoint experienced, inspiring and committed casual Trainers and Assessors to train and assess our students.

The available positions are for:

  1. Online training and assessment, working from home or any other location;
  2. Traineeships for Certificate III courses, involving workplace training and assessment

A competitive pay rate will be offered to the right candidates.

We are seeking candidates with extensive, current or recent industry experience, and demonstrated vocational competence, preferably with formal qualifications for these courses to start immediately.

Successful applicants must have all of the following as a minimum:

a)            Vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered;

b)            Current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided;

c)            Current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning that informs their training and assessment; and

d)            Must hold the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification plus the following units:

  • either and the unit TAELLN411 AELLN411 or TAELLN401A, and
  • either TAEASS502 or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B
  • In addition, trainers and assessors must undertake professional development in the fields of knowledge and practice of vocational training; and
  • learning and assessment, including competency-based training and assessment.
