ABOUT THE ROLE

Cirrus Networks' continued success has presented an opening for Level 1/2 IT Support Engineer in Queens Road Melbourne Office.  There will potentially be a paid "on call" component to this role.

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant service desk and desktop support experience.
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Work proactively and independently by managing own time, tasks and responsibilities.
  • Good people skills when dealing with clients.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated and willing to help.
  • Work autonomously to manage queue tickets.
  • Contribute to updating our knowledge base. 
  • High attention to detail.
  • Extremely organised and provide a consistent delivery of service.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment and communicate effectively.

Essentials:

  • Windows Desktops in AD environments
  • Support experience for various third-party applications
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Active Directory, GP
  • Exchange basic administration / support
  • Office 365 basic administration / support
  • Hardware Troubleshooting

Preferable:

  • Experience with Cherwell Service Management.
  • Previous experience with working on a client site.
  • The ITIL Foundation certification is highly desirable.
