The Client 

Our client are a growing, well regarded and successful constriction company. Due to increased workload they are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Officer to join the team in a permanent part-time capacity. 

NOTE - This role is likely to be 3 days per week, depending on the requirements and growth. My client are seeking a candidate that is flexible to this arrangement and that

The Role

Reporting into the Finance Manager you will be responsible for, but not limited to;
  • Accurate and timely processing of invoices
  • Managing the international stock 
  • Manage supplier queries
  • Reconcile and handle petty cash
  • Ad hoc tasks as required
  • Administration support
  • Customer service support 

The Ideal Candidate:

The successful applicant with have similar proven experience in a full function Accounts Payable role and have the following:
  • High level of numeracy and reconciliation skills
  • The ability to work within a small team environment
  • Intermediate skills in Excel
  • Capability to hit the ground running
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
