Our range of capabilities includes solutions for better cities, data centres, energy efficiency, mechanical electrical and communications infrastructure, fire protection, security and audio-visual systems, as well as onsite renewable power generation.


Roles responsibilities:


* Develop and maintain project schedules and monitor progress of allocated projects to ensure that they are on schedule and within quality and cost estimates
* Manage project deliverables to the approved scope of work and achieve the budgeted revenue, gross margin and cash flow targets
* Control project programming, cost control, time control, quality control, purchasing, contract administration and general site administration
* Manage all variations to the scope of work
* Update databases with new information as required and in a timely manner
* Ensure the timely return of reporting information to the Client.
* Coordinate activities between Branches to the benefit of both ENGIE & the Client
* Supervise and schedule the activities of tradespeople, apprentices and subcontractors assigned to the project to achieve project targets
* Ensure that Preventative maintenance runs are allocated to the correct technician and are accurate per building per location.
* Develop and maintain a constructive relationship with the client and implement strategies to ensure sustained levels of customer satisfaction
* Manage customer issues through to conclusion and escalate concerns to the management team as required.

Profile description:

The successful candidate will have:
Previous project management experience in Minor Works within Building - -Services, ideally Fire
Experience in risk management
High standard of written and verbal communication skills
Analytical Skills in reviewing activities and identifying key actions to deliver improvement
