As an Account Manager, you will proactively work with your clients to help them understand the value of the INX products and services and identify gaps and growth opportunities. You will generate sales within your portfolio of current clients and their related companies. With your strong relationship building skills, you will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal team members to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs.

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients
  • Help clients through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
  • Build account plans for your named accounts to understand key decision makers, organisation charts, current investment, product utilisation and new revenue opportunities
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, client stakeholders and executive sponsors and deliver insights to clients and INX
  • Prepare proposals and commercial documents
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organisations
  • Use Salesforce every day for tracking activities, metrics and forecasting
  • Manage existing accounts and deliver exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams
