here at Strategic Pest Solutions we are seeking a Sales /Administration Assistant to join their team. The role would involve working within a small professional team to assist with essential day-to-day tasks.

Main duties of this position include:

  •  General processing and data entry
  •  Filing, photocopying and printing
  •  Liaise with suppliers
  •  Answer telephone calls and assist with general/sales enquiries
  •  Respond to sales leads generated by an outside source
  •  Transactional accounting & data processing
  •  Bank reconciliation function
  •  Quarterly audit of supplier files
  •   Record payments made and received

To be successful for this position, we are looking for:

  •  An enthusiastic, energetic person with a 'can do' attitude
  •  Effective communication, negotiation and people management skills
  •  Proven administration experience
  •  High-level organizational skills
  •  Analytical and problem-solving skills
  •  Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
