We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team of designers, construction specialists and horticulturalists in a newly created role, Contracts Administrator.

The Role

The Site Supervisor will ensure all construction projects are completed within time and to the construction quality standard of the company, achieving the minimum gross profit or more. They will ensure that client and company expectations are met or bettered in terms of experience and final project outcome. The role will work side by side with the Contracts Administrator and collaboratively with our Sales and Design teams in creating top tier projects for our clients.

Job tasks and responsibilities

1. Project Planning:

  • Client communication regarding construction elements from time of client approval/ hand-over to project commencement
  • Review and learn project in detail
  • All contractor/ supplier negotiation
  • Book all contractor, suppliers to meet project schedule
  • Pre-commencement and allowances meetings
  • Project safety and branding signage install

2. Variations:

  • Identify all contract variations
  • Develop and present quotation for client approval
  • Action purchase/ work orders for variation

3. Scheduling:

  • Ensure entire project meets schedule
  • Update client of any schedule amendments due to approved variations
  • Defects are identified and rectified to allow for project completion as per schedule

4. Financial:

  • Purchase orders and work orders
  • Documented PC tracking information
  • Weekly updates to division

Who We’re Looking For

You will be a pivotal member of the construction team, working very closely with the Contracts Administrator to provide the seamless service that our brand is known for. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Min Cert III in Landscape Construction
  • Minimum 5 years landscape construction experience
