Junior Receptionist

AusGroup offers a range of integrated service solutions to the energy, resources, industrial, utilities and marine sectors across Australia and South East Asia. Our diversified service offering supports clients at all stages of their asset development and operational schedule.

Through subsidiaries AGC, MAS and NT Port and Marine, we provide project and asset management services across all phases of the project lifecycle. With 30 years of experience, we are committed to helping our clients build, maintain and upgrade some of the region’s most challenging projects.      

About the Role:

AusGroup are currently seeking a well presented and enthusiastic Junior Receptionist to join our Office Administration team based at head office in West Perth on a full time basis. 

 

Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, be able to multi-task effectively and have the confidence to work in an independent manner.


 

As the Receptionist your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reception Duties - Answering incoming calls and directing them accordingly
  • Meeting and greeting clients & visitors upon arrival
  • Admin Duties, Stationary, Filing, Petty Cash, Mail etc
  • Employee Processing
  • Data entry into various systems
  • Training is provided

 

About you:

  • Corporate presentation and effective communication skills
  • Must be able to work unsupervised
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Confidence, self-motivation and the ability to learn quickly
  • Professional Phone Manner
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize
  • Be available for permanent full time work in Australia
