4x Inbound Customer Service | Global Logistics Company |

Our Client is a Global Logistics Company based in Mascot. We are seeking 7 experienced call centre agents to join their expanding team. 

The aim of this role is to assist customers, both individual and businesses with regards to their logistic requirements. 

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service across multiple channels (voice, chat, social & email), ensuring your deliver this within service level guidelines.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Computer literacy which includes typing (30wpm) and PC navigation
  • The ability to build rapport quickly 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Empathy and influencing language skills to assist customer who may be irate
  • Logical thinking and a proactive nature to ensure things are done right the first time
These roles are offering an immediate start with a set shift of either 11am - 7pm or 12pm to 8pm, Monday to Friday ONLY and is not a rotating roster.
